Scroll Translations works great and is a powerful tool to manage your translations. Very helpful tool, exactly what I was looking for. Works great with Scroll Versions and Scroll Viewport.

Our use of Scroll Translations conflicted with another third-party plugin (Comalatech's Comala Workflow plugin) we use -- K15t was extremely responsive in helping us isolate the issue, identifying quick work-arounds, and building the bug's fix (a bug of very limited scope!) into their product roadmap. Their ultimate product fix even landed sooner than anticipated. All throughout, K15t was very communicative and transparent, which helped us prioritize and operationalize fixes most effectively.

We planned to buy Scroll Translations, but first we decided to test it free for some months. We got a bunch of problems instead of good work: 1) The macros poorly works in spaces with a lot of pages, so it blocked our Sandbox for the whole day, when we installed it. 2) Productivity of our Wiki decreased after installation. 3) After deletion of the macros it breakes all pages in all spaces in which it was installed. We couldn't save they! The idea was great, but the macros is poorly designed, especialy for this price.

    Hi Kseniya,

Thanks for your honest feedback regarding Scroll Translations. We are very sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble, and we would be more than happy to help solve your issues.

We have many enterprise customers using Scroll Translations successfully in instances with thousands of pages and no performance problems. We very rarely hear of anything like what you're describing, and we would love the chance to correct it. Please contact us via support@k15t.com and further describe the problems you are encountering.

Regarding the third point you have mentioned - we have a page in our help center that describes how to opt-out of Scroll Translations properly: How can I remove all SV Translations macros from a space

It would be great if you could contact us directly via our support channel mentioned above. We are confident we can help sort out the trouble.

    Best regards,

    Nils

We're using Viewport in combination with Scroll Translations to build our multilingual Websites and it's running so damn well! When it comes to internationalization, the combination of Viewport and Translations is the best solution we came across yet (and we tried a lot the last 5 years).

Key facts for us: - manage languages in one space - with one page-url plus url-parameter - fallback to original language if no translation - easy switch between languages - information about translation-status - easy way to handle changes of all languages - helpful and fast Support Scroll Translations – great solution!

In my perspective this add on is a unsatisfactory trade off. On the one hand you get a good working multi language support for confluence pages for sure. But the essential confluence search engine can only handle one language (the default one). So all users who are not familiar with the default language can’t understand the confluence search results anymore. So Then better stick to the old confluence way and create one page per language...

    Hi Kris,

Thanks for your feedback about the app. This is true that Confluence search does not yet integrate with non-default languages from Scroll Translations. We would like to implement this functionality but as we would need to re-write the Confluence global search, it is not a trivial task. We are tracking this feature request in this Jira issue: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-1346.

    Cheers,

    Roman.

    Pricing

    Pricing details are loading…

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host product. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your host product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server apps, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host product. Server apps are always free for community and open-source licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian host product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
