Please let us know if this plugin can achieve the below requirement, "Hi, I have a JIRA System Admin, who should be able to create JIRA Admins. Due to our specific project need, which is beyond my control, the JIRA Admins must be able to just create\delete user details but not modify them. Specifically we do not want the admins to change the username of the users. Please let us know if the plugin can achieve this functionality."

Sure... it is free now... but so was the Misc Workflow Extension. Now it is way overpriced with the latest version. This is a case of "Free User Beware"

This plugin will remain free, because it does not require nearly as much support as JMWE. Can I ask the reason for this one-star review? Anything you don't like in JMCF?

I would like to have this Plug-in in our JIRA instance which is hosted in Cloud instance [ Not on Server Instance ]. I could not install since it is not verified by atlassian. Can anyone guide me, how to get this plug-in on Cloud Instance?

Unfortunately, new plugins cannot be installed on JIRA OnDemand. Only a few select plugins come pre-installed by Atlassian, and Atlassian is not accepting new plugins anymore (except Connect plugins, but JMCF cannot be implemented as a Connect plugin).

How long is this plugin going to be free? Vis-à-vis Misc Workflow Extensions, will you be making it a paid plugin as well? Update May 12, 2014: Innovalog responded: This plugin will remain free, because it does not require nearly as much support as JMWE. Can I ask the reason for this one-star review? Anything you don't like in JMCF? My response: The one-star review was based on the risk presented by a plugin developer who--with JMWE--has demonstrated they are willing to change their licensing terms at any moment. First, for an enterprise customer with arduous procurement policies, sudden changes in licensing terms are impossible to follow when budget forecasting happens the year prior and procurement takes 6-12 weeks to cut a PO and mail a check. (Assuming that Paid Through Atlassian Marketplace even accepts PO+check payments...) Second, such practices impede our ability to patch against security vulnerabilities in JIRA without paying a ransom to third-party plugin vendors who've changed their licensing terms. I think your pricing structure was fair in the case of JMWE, especially compared with other developers' offerings, but it doesn't matter if I don't have a means to pay you. I also think JMCF is a fine product, but this does nothing to address the risk your company's practices have created. I also respect your right to change licensing terms in order to provide better support for your products; I think you only bear some of the blame, since I wonder if part of the issue is that each new release from Atlassian requires its plugin vendors to update their marketplace listing for that latest version, and frequently API-breaking changes seem to occur in the Atlassian ecosystem. Based on these factors, I'm increasing this rating to 3/4 stars, since you've stated you don't intend to change the licensing model for this product, but I still intend to uninstall this plugin as soon as I can.
