The Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) provides a powerful and user-friendly interface to manage your add-ons. Through the UPM you can browse, try, and buy add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace. You can also use the UPM to do common administrative tasks such as:

    • Finding, purchasing, and installing new add-ons.
    • Enabling/disabling add-ons and their modules.
    • Viewing add-ons that have been purchased but not installed.
    • Configuring advanced add-on options.
    • Finding out-of-date add-ons and updating them.
    • Checking the compatibility of your installed add-ons against newer versions of the application.

Finally, use the UPM to review logs of add-on/application activity and to upgrade your Atlassian application.

It would be handy to have a function to skip an add-on update so that you don't see the update button. For instance if you discover that an add-on has a bug and you roll back to a previous version it would be handy to be able to hide that update button so that one does not accidentally re-install the buggy version.

I consistently have issues when updating it. My install notes ALWAYS read: Slow, then loop with necessary back-out of Add-Ons. UI blank on header when backed out. Reload failed; blank filters. Waited 2 min. Reload successful. Moreover, why can we not get actual release notes for these new versions? Miscellaneous "Bug Fixes" note every single time does not help me test the changes...

Whenever I update this plugin that manages PLUGINS, something with the PLUGINS always goes wrong.
