We’ve been using Email This Issue for a while and it’s been a really useful addition to Jira. It makes handling email conversations through issues much easier and helps keep everything in one place. It’s straightforward to use, flexible enough for what we need, and has been reliable for us. Overall, a very useful app that does exactly what we need it to.

We're experiencing some serious performance issues — incoming emails can take up to an hour to be processed.
