Cenote Lockpoint - Attachment Checkout

Cenote® Lockpoint™ adds check-in and check-out capabilities so you can lock Confluence attachments for exclusive changes and prevent accidental overwrites. Without Lockpoint, Confluence has no protection against overlapping edits, so mission-critical changes can easily get lost within overlapping edits by multiple users.

Lockpoint provides overwrite protection for attachments updated via the Attachments page, manual uploads, and everywhere else attachments can be edited. Users can also request email notification of attachment availability, and Lockpoint Administrators can unlock other users' attachments..

Lockpoint has been the enterprise standard for controlling Confluence attachments since 2011 and it is trusted by thousands of enterprise users to protect their critical documents, including those migrating from SharePoint.
