    Hi, The task to create by letter, in the description is the line "Due Date: 01/01/1970". Can I select this from the text and set the Due Date field? Thank you

    This add on allows many complicated business needs to be realized in JIRA workflows that aren't available out of the box. For example we get a lot of use out of the conditional validators since we prefer to show error messages to users instead of hiding available transitions if a certain field isn't filled in.

    Thank you, Amy, for your review. I also generally prefer using validators than conditions, since they are more informative and less confusing. JWT also allows to present the users custom error messages in the language configured in their profile.

    Some examples for boolean validations that can be implemented using JWT.

    Anyway, sometimes conditions are invaluable, for example when we have parallel transitions (more than one transition with same origin and destination statuses), and we need to show only one of them, depending on field values, issue links, or any other issue characteristic.

    Multi-level usefulness on this. We used to rely heavily on just a single plugin for customizations, but working with Fidel Castro Armario has unleashed a beast, so to speak. I came into this plugin as a novice to investigate whether we should renew support on it, and I have to say - the level of support on this plugin is stellar. We're definitely keeping it. It gives Post Functions, Validators, and Conditions - as well as EXTREMELY useful custom fields. Read through the documentation, take your best stab at configurations. Even if at first you don't succeed, there's always FMARCARIO to the rescue :)

    This plugin is very useful and flexible enough to meet key requirements related to custom fields , auto-populated, cascading fields and many other features etc. Just have a look at this plugin. Hats off to Fidel Castro Armario for his continuous help and support through out the journey when I was evaluating this plugin. The documentation for this plugin is up-to-date.

    One of the absolute must-have apps for all Jira Applications! There are so many different - and sometimes even edge - use cases where this tool saved us many times. The way it is built provides very high flexibility which always comes to show in such situation. And if you need to contact support (which we need to do rarely as we hardly have any issues with it) they are always helpful and very fast in responding.

    Extremely powerful add-on. It's user friendly with good documentation. Support team are rock stars in their own right. They don't hold back on service and would assist you until your happy (even after resolving the real problem).

    Very handy add-on and quick support team. We use Jira Workflow Toolbox in Jira Servicedesk to communicate via e-mail with external parties (e. g. software vendors) and hiding this communication from internal customers by setting the comments to/from the external parties to "internal".

    Been using JWT for several years; whenever I've had a question about using complex expressions or functions, support has been very responsive and very helpful in assisting me. Highly recommend JWT for the high degree of functionality if offers as well as the excellent support.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.
