Gantt-Chart for Jira

With the test version, we had minor start-up problems, but they were solved by a great support team. That's what motivated us to use and buy this app. Many thanks for the quick and uncomplicated help.

Hi! What is the purpose the removing the buggy apps 5.6.2-Jira8? And after not-announcing. Because it was a big confusion once it was on prod. Cheers, Gonchik

  Yes, you are right: version 5.6.2 caused some bugs. After recognizing, that was the reason to immediately remove it from the Marketplace in order not to effect customers. A prior announcement to all customers already having installed this version was impossible because no email/contact addresses are available (Atlassian is handling all license aspects, here).

  After additional tests and QA, version 5.6.3 has bee published today (Nov. 30th, 2020) as successor with a lot of improvements and new functionalities.

i applied this plugin, and i cannot find the entrance of this app. HOW can i use it .... Pls support

  The intention of a review is not to get support! If you have any question, please do not hesitate to open a Jira support issue via writing an email at support@gantt.polscheit.de, which is also documented on my wiki if you click on "Documentation" on tab "Overview", here on the Atlassian Marketplace. Doing this, I have got a chance to answer your questions. I assume you have not even configured the app and just downloaded/installed it.

We have a lot of problems with this ADDON, and the license is not perpetual, you must paid all the years for the use. My recomendation is, you must deeply evaluate this addon before buy a license.   Hi Fernando,

  my add-on uses the standard license model of Atlassian: you buy a license once including 1 year maintenance. Afterwards, you can prolongate maintenance, which includes support and upgrades/updates of the software, for 50% costs. If you do not prolongate, all functionality still remains and you can use it! If you upgrade the underlying Jira to newer versions, you may have to upgrade the add-on which requires a valid maintenance. The same payment model is used by all add-ons paid by Atlassian!

  I have no idea, why you are writing that the license is not perpetual etc. ... please contact Atlassian sales as well if you have any problem with your license.
