Sorry for the hassle! Are you referring to adding a specific element to your Confluence page or Balsamiq file?
Would you mind sharing more details via support@balsamiq.com?

A totally fair review, Brett, and I'm sorry for any disappointment we have caused you.
We updated Mockups 3 to Confluence Cloud first because it required us to re-write a portion of the plugin for it to function at all. Once we did that, we started work on porting it to Confluence Server, but stopped after we realized we had something better in the works.
The good news is that we are very close to a HUGE update for our Confluence plugin - beyond that of even our desktop and Confluence Cloud apps. The new app is completely native - so it doesn't require Adobe Flash - and is ridiculously fast.
If shoot me an email at support@balsamiq.com, I'll get you into the next wave of beta invites. We have been running a closed beta for a week now, and things are going really well.
I can't apologize enough for not updating you and others on our plans here. I promise the wait will be worth it!

Edit: We have released the updated version of our Confluence Server Addon. Check out the overview page for more information!

Hey Ramakrishna!
While there isn't a way to add icons right now, that feature is coming in the next major version of the plugin. We are hoping to have more news about that soon. :)
In the interim, if your icons are images, you can add them like you would a normal image, and use them that way. They wouldn't be a part of the icon library, but still usable in your mockups.
Let me know if that works, or if you have any other questions. You can always shoot us an email at support@balsamiq.com - we're here to help! :)

Hey, Liann! Sorry for the trouble here. Mockups 3 for Google Drive uses a different file format than our Atlassian Server add-ons. That being said, getting them to work together is easy. If you follow this guide (and ignore that it says Desktop - Google Drive works in the same way), you should be able to move your files to Confluence effortlessly: https://support.balsamiq.com/plugins/b3andatlassian/ The only difference you will run into is when you export your file, you will have to find the zip file on your Google Drive. If you have any questions, or would like us to walk you through it, please donât hesitate to email us at support@balsamiq.com. And if you are still trialing our different versions, we're also happy to help figure out which one makes most sense for your team in the long term. We are happy to help however we can! -Brendan

I’m sorry about that, Shibaprasad. This is something on our radar to add to the app. I’ll make sure the dev team knows that you’re looking for it too. If there is anything else you’d like to see, or other issues you ran into, send us an email at support@balsamiq.com. Feedback like that helps us make the app better. :)

Pricing FAQ
- How does server app pricing work?
Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my server pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.
- Can I install this app in a Data Center product?
Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.
- What type of license do I need if I'm using this app in a Data Center product?
Because this app has a Data Center approved version, you should purchase a Data Center license for the app.
If you already own a server license for this app, you can continue using the server license in your Data Center product for a limited period of time.
- Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for server apps?
For server apps, academic licenses are available at a 50% discount if you have an academic license for your Atlassian product.
Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.
- Can I extend my free trial?
For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.
- How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?
If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:
- Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
- Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
