Baseline X lets you create baselines, link issues to baselines, and capture issue snapshots. When a baseline is committed, Baseline X captures a snapshot of all linked issues, preserving their state at that moment.

- Project Baseline Permission Panel:
Jira admins can now manage Baseline permissions directly from the Global Page. You can easily grant or revoke baseline management access to specific users or groups for each project, giving you precise control over who can create and manage baselines.
- UI Bug Fixes:
