Add watchers when you create your issues
You can now add watchers while creating a new issue. This means that other team members will receive email notifications about new issues from the very start. You can also automate adding watchers.
Name the field whatever you like

Search issues by watchers
Filter issues by watchers in the advanced search. Easily find the issues you're watching and navigate between your team members' issues.
