DMC directly works through two Confluence spaces : a draft space, where the documents can be edited, and a publication read-only space where every published versions of your documents are stored and retrievable.
An easy and quick EDMS setup
You can modify the settings of the EDMS as per your needs. The publishing zone can be defined, as the naming and versioning rules, or the statuses of your own publishing system. DMC requires Comala Document Management.
Intuitive history and overview interface
The plugin also grants you access to the history of the pages, allowing for the oversight of the editing steps of the documents. You can also access to the master page which overviews the current status of all documents.
