Finally found what I was looking for! Simple and straightforward way to visualize what my teammates are working on at the moment. I always have trouble taking a snap shot of project progress — now I can check updates anytime. I also love the idea of workload automation, a handy assistant to avoid overload.

Planyway is an excellent tool for managing teams and tasks. We use it alongside Jira Plans for our internal team management. Whatâs particularly exciting is the many improvements on their roadmap â weâre always thrilled to see the app actively growing and evolving.

As a marketing team, we found Jira to be a bit complicated for our needs. We were searching for a plugin that could simplify Jira and make it more aligned with our marketing workflow. What we really wanted was a clear view of who is working on what, and by when, so that as a manager, I don't spend too much time trying to understand the status of tasks. Additionally, having a single source of truth for everyone on the team is crucial for us. The resource planning view is easy for sharing with top management—no more manual work and endless Excel sheets. Now, I’m really curious about the workload functionality and plan to dive deeper to see if it can bring even more value to my team. Thanks, Planyway!

As a project manager handling multiple agile teams, I was looking for a tool to help me plan sprints more efficiently and allocate resources effectively. Planyway's timeline view has been a game changer for me. It lets me visualize all our ongoing projects on a Gantt-like chart, making it super easy to assign tasks and balance workloads. The Time Tracking feature has also been incredibly useful for keeping track of how much time is spent on each task, which helps me stay on top of deadlines and resource allocation.
