Advanced Roadmaps, Capacity, Calendar & Time Tracking

The design is clean, user-friendly, making it a joy to use every day. One of my favorite features is the drag-and-drop, which not only moves tasks around but also adjusts the task duration based on the estimation. It’s such a time-saver!

I’ve been using Planyway for Jira to manage my portfolio, and it’s been good for tracking project schedules. One thing I miss is the financial tracking feature. It would be great to see an integrated solution for budgeting and expenses alongside the project planning features.

Planyway combines roadmapping, resource planning, and time tracking in a single app, making it a fantastic value for teams looking for seamless project planning. For a price lower than some other tools that only cover a single use case.

I’ve been looking for a way to manage my team’s capacity. Wanted to see who’s doing what and reflect real availability (plus not everyone works full-time on my project). Tried Jira Plans first. The app looks nice but the capacity is managed on the team level not individuals. Too high-level for me. Then I tried Tempo Planner plugin. Good, but it felt too disconnected from the real plan. I needed something that links the roadmap with capacity. Finally, I ended up with Planyway and now it seems exactly what I was looking for. Smooth transition from the project plan to work distribution. Love being able to set different capacities and highlight vacations. It’s clean, transparent, and UI is easy. Looking forward to exploring it more and rolling it out to my company.
