Really solid tool for capacity planning. Being able to see each person's workload at a glance has been a game changer for us — no more guessing who has bandwidth. One thing I'd love to see added is the ability to group capacity view by teams.

Multi-assignment finally lets us assign the same task to multiple people without hacky workarounds, and filtering by role means I can instantly see just devs or just QA without digging through everything. Clean interface, syncs great with Jira. Highly recommend.
