    Great package for turning Confluence into high-class intranet. All the main intranet features are covered by an app, everything is configurable in easy way, you can add or disable features and implement your portal step-by-step.     A greate update for Confluence and the collaboration between employees in the company. But also a great partnership with //Seibert/Media. Thank you to the entire team for the greate support. After many failed attempts in recent years, we now have a social intranet solution in the company that connect us with each other and with the information, we need.

    With the Linchpin Intranet Suite you get everything to build your Confluence environment into a social intranet. It not only improves functionalities like profiles and blogs but also comes with new functionalities like planning events, microblogging, customizing the design and install an onboarding assistant to help new employees find their way. These examples are only a few of the features that come with Linchpin. There are even more and all of them have been thought through and get improved by the team regularly. What I love most is the high level of personalization and the option to manage content in multiple languages very easily. It helps to respond individually to every member of a team or company. Everything works really smooth together and the Linchpin team makes sure to always lend an ear on ideas or improvements. If you want to establish an intranet in your company Linchpin is the top of the line.

    Linchpin has turned our Confluence environment from a group of Spaces into our Intranet. Our collaborative spaces still exist, but improved broad communicating (eg. news and microblogs) with our teams (delivery, marketing, engineering, etc). The ability to easily apply our corporate colours and themes has really improved the take-up of our Intranet. This has also meant we could reduce our ICT Product mix by dropping our old intranet.

    As an Atlassian Partner we are always on the lookout for good plugins to enhance the Atlassian experience. Not only for our own instances, but also for the customers who we serve. We have been using Confluence company wide for the past two years. We have seen that this tool became one of the most important tools we use on a daily base. Therefore Confluence would be the perfect place to build a intranet. To build this intranet we use Linchpin Intranet Suite, this powerful and complete plug-in allows us to build a solid intranet using the core features of Confluence combined with the features provided by the plugin.

    Linchpin is great application for Confluence. From the perspective of many customers Confluence is a little bit too clean. With Linchpin Intranet Suite you can achieve significant progress in customer experience. After the implementation Confluence is not only is knowledge base or a document store but a real virtual community center for your TEAM.

    Linchpin Intranet Suite is an amazing application that allows you to easily turn your Confluence server into a highly engaging intranet. The individual apps that make up the suite really allow you to take your content to the next level. The theme option really allows you to create an engaging design that matches your corporate branding. Beyond this, the landing page allows you to show blog articles easily and automatically based on parameters like author or label. The blog articles themselves can be enhanced with a cover image, kicker and intro paragraph which are displayed on the landing page. It even allows you to configure your teaser. User profiles and the ability to search for users based on user parameters like location and skillset can have a huge impact on internal networking and facilitate easier collaboration between users. The events option allows you to easily create and schedule corporate events and allow users to signup for them directly within Confluence. It also allows you to tie the event to a Confluence page for additional information. Launchpad allows your users to create a starting point for their day. Tiles that launch their most used applications can be added to allow Confluence to become the one-stop-shop that work starts from. With the Microblog option, a mini web forum can be created where users can have interactive conversations and discussions, while the Linchpin Community app allows you to create a true online community basec on whatever criteria you need. Lastly, the Enterprise News option allows you to showcase important news to your users in a really nice and professional format.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.
