    Loyal customer here for many years of the CRM plugin for Jira. Easy to setup and fine-tune with many options and controls to tailor it to your specific workflows and field mappings. Simply an indispensable tool for our organization. Very happy with the solution!

    We have used the CRM Plugin for Jira for several years now. Its use allows us to service our customers in a timely and productive manner. Our Account Manager and the support team are very attentive and are readily available to assist us when needed. We are happy with our use of this product.

    This is one of the most critical plugins we've in our complex setup and it is very useful for the data exchange. Aftersales support from Goldfinger too is excellent and we get prompt and fast reply.

    We have used the Salesforce to Jira plugin for a number of years, and have found it to be incredibly valuable for sharing updates between our development and Support teams. By enabling the linking of Jira tickets to support cases in Salesforce, we can more easily report on the impact of product defects and improvements, which helps drive product roadmaps. Overall, this plugin has been a great addition to our systems and processes.

    We have been a user of the Salesforce to Jira plug-in for years and could not be happier. The plug-in provides a wealth of functionality and customizations to meet our business needs. When we've had an issue, the Support team has been extremely helpful. Our Account Manager takes great care of us. A really easy company to partner with for an extremely important piece of our Jira set-up. 4 stars all around!
