    We have been using it for more than 2 years now, and it works seamlessly for Salesforce to Jira integration. Goldfinger team checks periodically and suggest best usage of tools and provide other recommendations. Easy for regular administration!

    A fantastic solution for what is usually a tricky problem, this is the best add-on for connecting a CRM and Jira that I've found. For a common use-case, it can be surprisingly difficult and resource intensive to connect a CRM to Jira... but not with this. Our requirements were: • A solution for linking account and ticket data from our CRM to Jira (starting one way) • With the ability to control where it can be used in Jira • With scaleable features for enabling bi-directional sync later • With options to scale the sync into other objects later • Which was not API-call heavy or difficult to implement • Which enabled CRM account field use in Jira reporting (a core requirement) • And which could scale in resource intensity based on whether we wanted a realtime or cadenced data sync (or both) ... and this add-on does it all. It's robust enough to bi-directionally move data between the CRM and Jira in realtime while also configurable enough to start small with a one-way sync for a few account fields we needed in Jira reporting. It's easy to setup for an admin and easy to use for end-users. The install base is large (especially once you realize the different versions are one add-on) and as a bonus, they take product support very seriously. I would go so far as to say they take support more seriously than any other Jira add-on vendor I've ever worked with. During setup, they were even willing to jump on a call to hear me out on new features! This is what we were looking for and more than just meeting requirements, it does what we -want- it to do. Nice!

    This plugin is a robust tool that helps us share all the data we need between the two systems, with a simple setup process and many features (including several we haven't even tried yet), including dynamic linked fields and the critical option of "many-to-one" case/issue linking. This plugin has remained a critical piece of our Customer Operations team's workflow, and it has always done just what we needed it to do where other available plugins in the marketplace could not. We seamlessly upgraded from the pre-7.x version to the post-8.x version and had no trouble at all. We've been a customer of theirs for 3+ years and have had nothing but great experiences and prompt replies from their support and sales teams. It would be nice if we could purchase the license directly via the Marketplace and group it with our existing Atlassian licenses. We too are hoping there will be a Cloud-compatible version of the plugin available when we migrate our instance to Cloud in the coming months and would prefer to not have to switch to a different plugin to keep our integration running smooth throughout.     This plugin is one of the best plugin we have ever seen . We have been using it for more than 8 years. We have not seen much issues with this add-on. Support team is really helpful. We are looking for cloud version of this . I hope cloud version will be released soon.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Salesforce Integration Plugin for Jira via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
