    We have been using the CRM Salesforce Integration for Jira app for over 8 years, and it has worked really well for us. The integration is smooth and easy to use in DC and additionally their support team is super helpful and always quick to fix any issues or bugs we report. We are also moving to Jira Cloud soon and we’re happy that this app will move with us. The team has already assured us that they will guide and support us during the cloud migration, which is great since we have a lot of data linked to this app. Overall, this is a great product with a very supportive team. We’re really happy with it!

    Relativity has been using the connector from Goldfinger (formerly Go2Group) for years, and their support has been nothing short of exceptional. The team has gone above and beyond—even building new features to help us tackle unique challenges within our environment. As part of our Jira Data Center to Cloud migration, we were bracing ourselves for the complexity of re-linking Jira work items to Salesforce case objects—a task we expected to be painful. To our surprise and relief, I ran into their lead developer at Team ’25, who shared that Goldfinger had developed a migration repair tool specifically designed to restore those connections post-migration. We look forward to putting it to the test. Since then, the team has met with us multiple times to discuss the tooling, roadmap, and long-term vision. They have offered to assist us in our migration of their app when needed. The connector itself is feature-rich and rock-solid, delivering daily value as it bridges our Salesforce-facing Customer Success teams with our Jira-based Development and Support teams. In short, we’ve been consistently impressed with both the product and the people behind it. If you’re looking for a powerful, well-supported integration between Jira and Salesforce, I wholeheartedly recommend Goldfinger.

    NIQ/Etilize has been using the Date Center CRM plugin for over 8 years. They have always been very helpful and responsive to our evolving requirements. We have used the plugin with several Salesforce instances. We also use the CRM functionality that Go2Group has provided us with some additional functionality that has help us optimize our Client Support operations.
