    I worked with this team extensively in the past with their plugin for on premise Jira and then with the new plugin for could based Jira. Both experiences were excellent and both plugins were easy to configure and met our needs. The team were friendly and helpful and worked with us closely to meet our needs even if that meant adjusting the plugin itself. We are now embarking on a third project to integrate the cloud version of the plugin and the team have been as expected so far, the easiest group to work with and I particularly appreciate the not pushy approach to sales.

    We have used the plugin in the past and it worked well but unfortunately the business group that was using it was divested. We recently had a new project with the need for a similar solution, and the Goldfinger team has been amazing to work with. We are in the process of installing the plugin for a new set of use cases and I am extremely happy with the support from their team.

    The Cloud app only gets 3 stars, compared to the DC app(4). I removed one star because some of the features available in DC are still not available in Cloud. It’s still a very complete app with unique features, but a bit difficult to set up on your own. You’ll likely need support to get it up and running. The support team is responsive and very helpful. Review for DC: We have been using this plugin for long time, probably 5 or 6 years to sync data from Salesforce to JIRA. The initial setup is very easy, straight forward and everything is working. Full of options and features, when we need something else, just ask to Support and the answerer is... select this and this options. Looks like, we don't know but they already have the feature built and available. Support very quick and responsive. Very comprehensive of business needs and priorities.
