    It is a very useful app, if you need to expand your customer portal requests view, display all desirable custom or system fields in columns, this app will help you. It has a very functional configuration of fields. If you have any questions you get very fast and competent help, support immediately writes you the answer with detailed explanations.

    The My Requests app provides a much needed enhancement of the standard portal which gives customers much better visibility of their tickets. This is especially important for larger customers who need more information in a better overview. The app is very responsible, has a clean UI and, unlike the standard portal, fully utilises the page space available. The Admins receive quite a lot of flexibility to customise the fields which are available. These do have permissions behind them but unfortunately only Organisations. Permissions by project would have been more useful but i understand this may either be technically challenging or lead to performance problems. Enabling the inclusion of Asset fields is, for example, one of the numerous features which we really appreciate. Finally, the documentation is excellent and you can even see their forthcoming features in the public roadmap for the app.

    Our customers appreciate the additional functionality, mostly around displaying additional custom fields. although some of the settings are not as intuitive as they could be. Support was very quick and helpful, which I think makes up for it.
