Advanced Portal Reports has two main features:

1.Advanced Requests Report

Configuration options for the administrator:

  • Select projects to have access to the advanced report
  • Select projects to have access to all requests incl. those created by other customers
  • Set which request fields to be seen in the report
  • Show charts

Report on the Customer Portal:

  • Report columns match the fields that the Service Desk administrator has allowed
  • Filter, Search for tickets
  • Export requests details to Excel or CSV file

Charts on the Customer Portal:

Based on the data in the report, customers can see:

  • Created vs Resolved chart
  • SLA met vs breached chart with filters for Priority and SLA
