    We've been using Actions for Jira Service Management for a few months now, and it has made a notable difference in how we handle service requests. One of the biggest advantages we've seen is the ability to offer more self-service capabilities to both our internal and external customers. With the automation features and customizable workflows, customers can resolve issues or take action without needing to constantly engage with our team. This has not only improved the overall experience but also reduced our ticket volume. The add-on has been great in streamlining our processes. We've been able to automate repetitive tasks and ensure that requests follow a clear, consistent flow. This has saved us time and made our team much more efficient. Plus, with fewer back-and-forth comments and fewer manual updates required, communication has become a lot more streamlined. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The integration with Assets Reference custom field types could be more seamless. Right now, it's a bit clunky, and some of the expected functionality is missing or not as intuitive as it could be. Additionally, the UI customization options are quite limited. It would be helpful to have more flexibility to tailor the user interface to match our team's specific needs.

    This is a great app and exactly meeting our requirements - showing transition screens to customers and getting more inputs while changing status was not possible without developing custom plugin - came to know about this app and found it very useful. It aptly suit my requirement. Thanks a lot.
