A game-changer for customer relations and Jira integration! We've been using this app for a few weeks, mainly on the Outlook side, to handle customer requests. Our main goal was to maintain a personalized, human customer relationship rather than a rigid, "ticket-centric" approach with automated emails. This app perfectly allows us to do that. The Outlook integration itself is incredible. On top of that, the support team has been outstanding. We've been in touch almost daily to discuss minor bugs or request new features, and they are always highly responsive and present. The application is extremely comprehensive. While our initial use-case was Outlook, the multiple integrations provided allow us to use the app for many other purposes (for example, we now use the Teams integration for our internal ticketing). A huge thank you to Benjamin for his kindness, patience, and amazing support throughout our project! 10/4 stars ! ;)

We are using all the M365 Integration of Yasoon for 3+ years now and wouldn’t want to work without the M365 for Jira integration anymore. It has massively improved transparency and traceability in our daily work. The support team is excellent, and feature requests are taken very seriously. Meetings with Patrick and Benjamin are always insightful and inspiring—you can really feel Yasoon’s positive and efficient drive. Thanks a lot to the whole team! 10/4 Stars!

I've waited with the feedback for about a year to evaluate the app, but I have to say my opinion has not changed a bit. Long gone are the questions "where do I raise a ticket" and infinite searching for links to the Customer Portal (that was happening more than we would like to admit) when the user can find it directly in the Teams app. Notifications for our critical tickets are all grouped into one Teams channel, where the team members then assign the tickets directly to themselves in a matter of seconds. Discussions regarding each ticket are grouped into distinct group chats which are then backed up and dissolved to avoid clutter. - And that's just our project! All in all the Teams and Outlook integrations are better that we initially expected and save us a lot of time on development. Any issues we initially had were quickly understood and resolved. 10/4 stars!

Have been using yasoon products across multiple organizations and deployments for years now as a Jira admin and I can not tell you how much this has helped me popularizing Jira and making users life easier across the board.
