    We have tried a lot for different JIRA Outlook apps and this is by far the best. Great support as well. Well the app just got a whole lot better as they have added a related E-Mail feature which captures all the E-mail that are to do with the issue in the issue and you can send E-maul to people even if they are not JIRA users. Creating an issue form an E_Mail also captures all the related E-Mail threads.

    Great app, it really makes your workday easier. If you are using Outlook and Jira this is the way to make sure information from e-mails are added to your Jira tickets and that tickets from e-mails are created in the first place. Also their totally rewritten add-on for Outlook works better than their last one. I can really recommend it.

    Great app for our daily business. We use it a lot because a great slice of our customors is unable / unwillingly to use the support portal. Also a lot of communication with external partners is added to our jira issues with "a click". Also they have a really great support. They react fast and take the issues very seriously.

    As OPERATIONS MANAGER of an ARCHITECTURE company I use JIRA to manage ongoing projects and since I discovered OUTLOOK EMAIL FOR JIRA I have achieved a very good improvement in my productivity since I use it to capture the issues that come to me by email which represent 2/3 of the total. I also had the opportunity to experience the customer service of its creators and it was an incredible experience, they solved all my problems and taught me functions that I did not know existed. Congratulations to the creators! and I recommend it to everyone.

    As an Atlassian Partner we are always on the lookout for good plugins to enhance the Atlassian experience. Not only for our own instances, but also for the customers who we serve. We handle all requests using Jira (Service Desks), but still customers often send requests by email. This is why we use Outlook Email for Jira, this plugin enables us to quickly convert the email to a Jira issue.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
