    We have tried a lot for different JIRA Outlook apps and this is by far the best. Great support as well. Well the app just got a whole lot better as they have added a related E-Mail feature which captures all the E-mail that are to do with the issue in the issue and you can send E-maul to people even if they are not JIRA users. Creating an issue form an E_Mail also captures all the related E-Mail threads.

    As a team we've been experiencing difficulty capturing support requests that were coming in through email. Another need was measuring the work being done on support request that was affecting our sprints. JIRA for Outlook solved this problem with ease, allowing for issues to be created from an email and for us to appropriately track the work. A nice surprise was how aware the team was becoming to changes in their JIRAs, whether it was a status change our comment. This has helped us react quicker. Not to mention the guilt-free deletion of all the JIRA email notifications! I also wanted to mention the fantastic support I received from the yasoon team, very easy to work with.

    We heavily rely on Outlook to communicate with our customers and JIRA for Outlook makes it so much easier to keep track of all the issues. Installation was quick and easy and our users are very satisfied.

    Adds a powerful function to communication! The support team responds quickly via Teams and if a fix can be offered for a bug, this is also quickly resolved and rolled out.

    This plugin really facilitates the exchange between customers and agents, enabling issues to be processed more quickly. What's more, the conversation can be saved, so nothing is lost. Excellent contact with support and the creators of the add-on in case of problems. Instant solution to our problems.
