The app offers us a great advantage, especially in using our daily tool Outlook together with Jira. In particular, the combination of Outlook and Jira Service Management works very well and greatly facilitates the day of a support employee. The integration with Teams also runs smoothly and offers a more fluid workflow. If there is the possibility of linking with Microsoft Bookings in the future, that would be great.
