Have you ever wanted to share a page with your lawyer, or send a document to a customer without giving them access to your Confluence instance? With Comala Share It, you can easily share pages and attachments outside of Confluence to collaborate.

Sharing is simple, and can be done in just a few clicks. Create unique links that can be shared via direct access, or sent by email, always rendering the latest content as changes are made.

Links can be set to expire, or you can remove them at any time.

You can also show your Confluence comments in your shared pages, or even allow external users to collaborate commenting in your shared pages using Disqus.

Comala Share It 3.0 is a major feature release including a new name and branding along with a redesigned share page user interface.

We are making the name and logo consistent with the rest of the Comalatech add-ons family. Share Attachments and Pages will now be known as Comala Share It for Confluence Server. All existing licenses are still valid, if you already have Share Attachments and Pages installed, the upgrade will be available through the Manage Add-ons page as normal.

New Features

Share Pages

This version allows users to publicly share confluence pages. Users do not need to log in into Confluence to access the content of shared pages. There are 2 ways to generate a link to a page:
- Live view. The link shows the current content of the page. Changes are immediately reflected on the shared page.
- Snapshot. The link shows the content of a page in a certain moment. The snapshot is exported as an attachment of the page.

Users can set an expiration date on links. Once a day, the expired links are deleted. Users do not need to care about forgotten links any more.

We have integrated our functionality to Bob Swift's Advanced Tables for Confluence add-on. You can keep on using your attachment table macros and share your attachments directly from it.
