App Description
Administrators mark the repository as public
Administrators mark a repository as public in Stash using the documentation Allowing public access to code
Users see a new URL for cloning repositories
Marking a repository (or its parent project) as public adds a new clone URL in the Clone button dropdown.
Users can clone the repository from the console
Once enabled, users can use the new URL to clone or fetch the repository from the command line or a GUI client like Sourcetree.

Adds support for cloning and fetching repositories over the Git anonymous protocol.
Note that the plugin does not benefit from the caching provided by the Stash's bundled clone cache plugin.
