    We use Time to SLA because we also need SLAs in Jira Software projects. Setup and configuration are easy and work exactly as needed. We had an issue during the move to Forge related to automations triggering SLAs, but support was excellent - fast responses and a clear sense they cared. The issue was fixed quickly. Highly recommended.

    Excellent support response time when we have had inquires and we love the fact that we can now use this application not only Jira Service Management spaces but in Jira Software spaces as well, which was a big win for our Project Managers.

    We extend our sincere gratitude to Appfire for their responsiveness and dedication in addressing the challenges posed by our highly complex setup. Operating at the limits of the application's capabilities, our team required a feature to prevent automated accounts from triggering Time to SLA, as well as enhancements to support the import and management of a significantly larger volume of calendars. Appfire’s development efforts have resulted in robust, tailored solutions that meet our specific requirements. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Dilara for her outstanding support and collaboration throughout this process. Without Time to SLA, managing the intricacies of our Service Level Management would not be feasible.
