    Hello guys, Currently, we are using Time of SLA for our processes. Our Jira’s version is 7.10.1. We recently found that my system is very slow to update or delete or change transition when Time SLA addon is enabled. It takes about 20-30s for updating or deleting any issue. However it’s very fast and smooth if this addon is disabled. Please let me know what is the problem of it if you have similar problems. Thank so much!

    Fantastic add-on. Compliments JIRA Service Desk perfectly and has allowed us to easily setup complex SLA requirements that we weren't able to achieve with JSD's inbuilt functionality. Highly recommend this plugin.

    It was our intention to add this column to issues filters and sort by it so that our developers would work on things closest to SLA expiry. Unfortunately, because of the way that JIRA does indexing, it is often not possible to sort on the "Time to SLA" column as things are not in the proper order. This plugin does come with an "SLA Report" that does work but it is many extra clicks to get that information and isn't workable for us. We still decided to purchase this plugin because for the price we can derive enough value to justify the cost. I just wish the sorting worked better because that would make this plugin 5X more valuable to us.

    After SLA data updater scheduler task, we minimised this issue, however there is still more we should do.

    Also, we are working on a bunch of new JQL functions (they will be shipped in less than a week) so that you'll be able to filter more. This will also lower the need to sort the field.

    Imagine situation. Friday 4pm you upgraded TTS addon and due to your internal setup instance became unusable (500 error), you disabled addon, but still users rely on it. You call to support. They provide you a full guidance what to do and within 30 minutes your instance is up and running properly with addon enabled. Perfect experience and support! Have a nice relaxed weekend after doing changes directly in db ;)

    I would have to say that this should be in the top 5 best plugins for Jira/Jira Service Desk! It is able to handle complex SLA matrices, which is an amazing thing as the built in SLA functionality of Jira Service Desk is lacking in a lot of key features such as: When escalating/changing priority from for example a Sev-3/P3 etc to a Sev-1/P0 in most cases will automatically breach the Sev-1/P0 as the SLA clock does not reset when changing, this caused a lot of headaches in the past. However, with this plugin, you are able to reset the SLA clock when changing priorities, fantastic!! Their support is the best! I have worked with different vendors over the years and this is one of the best for understanding your situation and providing fantastic help! I have to give a huge thanks to Gökçe who helped me so much in a complex SLA setup, thank you again!!

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
