Time to SLA is a wonderful and powerful application for Jira Cloud and Data Center. We first started using it in Data Center and are using it with our Cloud play. It provides much more detailed and flexible approach to SLA/SLO in Jira that is not locked into just Jira Service Management. Appfire is always available to help and in most cases has been willing to listen and open requests for enhancements when we needed them.

Our customers are using the app extensively on both Data Center and Cloud. Whenever we need support, they're there for us. We've asked for some additional features which have been implemented and when we reported issues, they were considered and removed, often in a very quick manner. Overall, I'm satisfied with the support. There's more! They are always involved in our cases and try to help with dedication. They make it easy for us to understand what is needed from us, so we keep turning to them for whatever we need around TTS. Really good support!

Very dissatisfied with this add-on. Been forced to use it due to Atlassian SLA module being too simple for our needs. Been using this add on for 13 months. It looked promising. Concept is good. Promised features are good. The implementation is good, too. When it works, that is. When it finally becomes stable, some release is pushed live and breaks functionality: existing milestones lost, milestones not assigned, exported reports not matching the per-ticket add-on (SLA Panel) view. Ticket is reported, issue is fixed after some days, Then: one week is needed to fix all affected data backdated. Few weeks of stability and the cycle repeats. This add-on creates more work than it saves. And this is on something that is VERY important to any company that has contracts and service level measurements are watched closely. This could be the best SLA add on of them all if it worked without issues for more than a few weeks. Fills me with nothing but disappointment and frustration to be forced to use it (and pay for it!) because Atlassian provides nothing better.

Excelente aplicación, que nos permite control todos los SLAs que se necesitan. La atención del soporte es excelente, muy rápida y en caso de ser necesario se pueden realizar reuniones en castellano, eso ayuda muchÃsimo. Le falta un poco en la parte de los informes, es necesario que el informe de barras pueda procesar mas de 2000 tickets, pero confió en que lo resuelvan pronto.

TTS is a wonderful plugin. Most of my customers are using it both in cloud and DC site. I addition to this, they have an excellent support engineer Dilara Akyol, who finds RCA and solution for our problems in very short time. I have not seen such a support in other vendors for different plugins.
