    Hi, It's an awesome plugin but since we want to use it in ServiceDesk, there's a slight problem with automatic comments. Everything is ok when a user doesn't set OOO message but when he/she accidentally does it will go under the ticket as a public comment and person who sent a request to ServiceDesk will get notified because it's an external comment. That's a big no no. Is it possible to turn off the message field for users and just use the automatic assigning part? Kind Regards Barbara

    Hello, Is it possible too, with that Addon to get the Out Of Office Information direct out from Exchange/Outlook? Normaly our user not want to set the OOO in more than one system. Regards Oliver

    This plugin provides a very useful functionality in jira projects where the absence of a person is important for the issue resolution cycle. It is very easy to use and works fine in our Jira 6 instance. As the previous comment says in future versions it would be interesting an option to establish one rule for all projects.

    High configurable and very useful app! We also use it for for default assignees in our Service Desk projects to announce our customers about public holidays. Support and bug fixing is also super fast. Thanks for your great work!

    This plugin seems useful, however it doesn't appear to be capable of sending an 'Out Of Office' reply whilst still allowing the ticket to be assigned to the absent person. For example: The 'Comments' field on the ticket is updated with the Out Of Office message if the project is set up to 'Assign to Coverer' or 'Unassign the Issue' - however if it is set up 'Do not reassign the issue' the Out Of Office response doesn't go anywhere. Is this operator error? Or does the plugin actually not send OOO if set up as 'Do not reassign the issue'? Thanks

    Thanks for the feedback. It should add the OOO message in the comment even if the option "Do not reassign the issue" is checked.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.
