The Lookup Manager allows conditional handling of issues through the use of lookup tables and post functions.

Some possible use cases are:

  • Route the request for the next person in the workflow
  • Select the priority based on the issue type or reporter
  • Set the notification group based on the selected system
  • Set the issue security based on the issue type

If the assignee is not around, it is possible for automatic reassignment with Out of Office Assistant
