1. Real-time updates are lacking. When someone enters a ticket, it takes a few seconds for the system to reflect their presence. Similarly, when someone leaves, their status continues to be displayed for over a minute or more.
2. It would greatly enhance usability if the list of viewing persons could stay at the top of the page, even when scrolling down in the ticket. A persistent "bubble" at the top of the browser, indicating the number of viewers (e.g., "3 persons are viewing this ticket right now"), would be particularly useful. Clicking on the bubble could expand to reveal the viewers' names, without the need for photos.
3. Considering this is an internal Atlassian add-on, it should be treated as a feature rather than an add-on. Manual activation and permission grants by users seem unnecessary. The admin should be able to manage this feature effortlessly in the settings, similar to other platform features.
I hope you consider these suggestions as an honest request for improvement.
