    To be at all useful this really needs to have an option to set to the top of the ticket. Forced being at the bottom hides the value. But it "technically" does show who's looking.

    0 stars isnt an option. Put this into the base version and make it load faster. so slow and unreliable

    This add-on proves to be highly beneficial, yet it comes with a few drawbacks: 1. Real-time updates are lacking. When someone enters a ticket, it takes a few seconds for the system to reflect their presence. Similarly, when someone leaves, their status continues to be displayed for over a minute or more. 2. It would greatly enhance usability if the list of viewing persons could stay at the top of the page, even when scrolling down in the ticket. A persistent "bubble" at the top of the browser, indicating the number of viewers (e.g., "3 persons are viewing this ticket right now"), would be particularly useful. Clicking on the bubble could expand to reveal the viewers' names, without the need for photos. 3. Considering this is an internal Atlassian add-on, it should be treated as a feature rather than an add-on. Manual activation and permission grants by users seem unnecessary. The admin should be able to manage this feature effortlessly in the settings, similar to other platform features. I hope you consider these suggestions as an honest request for improvement.

    I need help contacting support since I have a question but I don't have access to create issues on the link you suggest. Anyway, what I need to know if there is a way to move to a different section on jira within the issue? Right know this add-on is shown at the bottom of the issue and we would appreciate if it could be place somewhere more easy to see. Thanks!
