    The app is a great improvement to our JSM Cloud projects. I have been using it daily for the last months together with the browser extension. I appreciate the dynamic variables, which allow me to use more/different options compared to the built-in canned responses feature, and I love the option to display my favorite CRs above my comment box to access them even faster. Scheduling is useful in some edge cases. We had some issues with the feature, but the support was able to resolve them quickly. Customer service was great!

    I can't say enough about the kind and diligent helpdesk agents! We had an issue that took some time to solve as it wasn't clear where it was failing. The Canned Responses Pro team kept me informed and worked hard to fix the issue. We use our templates multiple times on a daily basis so I love the functionality and appreciate the hard work behind the scenes!

    Canned responses are a must for my entire team. First time I am submitting a request for support. I received excellent customer service. I received acknowledgment of the issue, and it was added to the list of improvements (which works for me).

    I had a problem with my canned responses but the helpdesk is great. They have a lot of patience and are very polite. They helped me and now everything works perfectly fine!
