    It's a time-saver, but still: We would like the option to share individual canned responses with multiple projects as sharing globally makes things messy. As of now we have to maintain multiple sets of the same responses in multiple projects.

    Helpful tool that saves us lots of time. It's important to use the Chrome extension along with the Jira add on. Their support team is responsive and just fixed a bug for me that I reported last month.

    It's good but it is still missing some features like: *Adding a photo to a canned response *That we won't have to pay for each user in the Jira Cloud and that we would pay per Jira Service Desk users

    As for the second part of your request, unfortunately there is nothing we can do here. All Atlassian Marketplace apps must match the parent product in terms of the User Tier. Therefore, customers must purchase the license tier that matches the number of users they have licensed for their product. For example, if you have a 500-user Jira Software license, and a 20-agent Jira Service Desk license, your Jira apps must be licensed at the 500-user level. The app will only function if its license matches or exceeds the tier of the host product – even if only some of your licensed users need to use the app.

    The rules for app licensing are set by Atlassian and unfortunately, we can't change them. For details please see the Atlassian marketplace documentation.

    A very nice addon, wich is very helpful if you write every day the same / similar things to the customers. The costs are totally worth it. And there is especially a brilliant support. We had some big issues with connecting to the app. And with Pawel we found the problem and the solution. It was the swisscom-DNS (official DNS of switzerland) wich caused the connection-problem.

    After upgrading JIRA to 8.0.2 we experienced an error referencing "spartez" in the code and logged a case with Spartez Support. Very impressed with the super quick response (within an hour) and despite the root cause being a completely different plugin their support rep was able to quickly work through the error dump and advise which plugin to disable to rectify the issue. The plugin itself works great and is used daily by our support teams.

    If they would be all like them. I just used Spartez support and it was a quick(very), easy and happy ending. I open the support yesterday morning and I got a response in about 15-30 min. I answered their questions in about the same amount of time and 2-3 hours after I opened the ticket, the reason was known and I got a working workaround. The next morning I had a custom add-on to try that fixed my problem. Thanks a lot, Alain

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
