Halp integrates Jira with Slack to turn your service desk tickets into conversational threads. Triage and resolve all of your internal tickets without ever leaving Slack. With Halp, you can use a simple emoji reaction to turn direct messages into a trackable ticket. Tickets can also be created using a slash command with customizable forms to help categorize requests. Once a ticket has been requested, it appears in a private triage channel where your team can assign, edit and reply to tickets directly in Slack. This reducing context switching, resulting in faster response times and happier employees. Tickets can also be automatically routed to Facilities, HR, and other teams using our powerful workflow automation engine.
