SenseAdapt provides teams and stakeholders with actionable, data-based insight to improve decision making, increase the flow of value and reduce stress. The interactive charts encourage users to explore the data, and click through to the edit the underlying issue. There are five charts – with one being added every month, for the next 2 years. We are a small team with 12 years’ experience coaching Agile teams – these are the charts we have seen deliver insight and value to teams. These valuable tools need to be in the hands of the people who will put them to best use - the team and stakeholders.
