- Create new Jira issues from Zendesk, including all necessary details for your engineering team.
- Notify Jira users by adding comments in Zendesk.
- Tags from Zendesk are shared with Jira, enhancing your workflows.
WITHIN JIRA:
- Linked Zendesk tickets are shown in the activity tab, providing access to all public and private comments.
- Click on a Zendesk ticket to view its details and full conversations between the customer and support agent.
- Linked tickets are also displayed in the sidebar next to corresponding Jira issues, with customizable fields from Zendesk.
- Jira users can notify either the customer or the Zendesk support agent.
- Use workflows to automatically notify linked Zendesk tickets.
