    We're not entirely sure what you're asking, if you'd like to escalate tickets from Zendesk to JIRA you can simply go in the Zendesk Marketplace and install the "Zendesk for JIRA" App.

    I Need change the status in zendesk after I set another status to issue in Jira, is it possible? For instance: I put my issue status in Jira to "Paused" and I need that my status in zendesk change too. and I need change my assignee in Jira and I want the this assignee change in Zendesk too. is it possible?

    Yes, you can certainly update the Zendesk ticket status automatically when the JIRA status changes.

    It installs but stops responding when press configure right after installation. Jira Server 7.1.7. Not good. Any ideas?

    The issue you've encountered was caused by lack of connectivity and outside of our control.

    Since then we're improved error reporting to make troubleshooting of this situation easier.

    The Zendesk side is great; however, there can be slowness and intermittent failures when attempting to connect with Jira.
