Tasks can be created right inside the room, using the command /todo or the dialog under [+] -> New to-do task. Assign tasks to your peers and set a due date in one command!
You can assign the task to your peers, set a priority, add extra details and due date. Mark a task as done by clicking on the checkbox or remove it from the list.
You can see how many tasks are in the list at at all times and the list updates itself every time any room participant makes a change. You will also get reminders of your upcoming tasks.

A simple and powerful to-do list for your team inside HipChat. With To-Do Bot every room has its own to-do list where any member can create, read or remove items.
Use the command /todo to add new items to the list. The to-do list is always visible on your HipChat sidebar where you can also edit tasks, assign to other members and keep track of your assigned tasks.

Click on Get it now to be redirected to your HipChat instance to install this add-on. Then follow on-screen instructions. If your add-on can only be installed by an administrator, you will see a prompt. Otherwise, choose a room you own to install the add-on.
