    Time Reports Add-On is a modernized version of successful Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Add-On. It is more flexible and extensible and is designed specifically for JIRA Cloud.

    When installed Time Reports Add-On adds Time Reports gadget for JIRA dashboard and project report with the same name. Time Reports provide the following report types at the moment:

    • Timesheet - time spent on Issues by Days.
    • Pivot by Users - time spent on Issues by Users.
    • Pivot by Status - time spent on Issue in certain status.
    • Time Tracking - estimated vs actual.
    • Pie Chart - time spent chart.

    This is the best tool available. The export feature makes it possible to do complex analysis in Excel - it has everything that is truly needed is and is CHEAP. Great work - keep this up. With some minimal effort from PM side, this tool is everything that is needed to track time for large and multiple distributed team.

    I use this plugin for it's dashboard ""Gadget"""", which I rely upon to log my work. The timesheet widget is cripplingly slow, after any change the entire table has to reload from scratch just to update a single cell, which takes 3-5 seconds. This gets incredibly frustrating when I want to add several entries for a given day, knowing that after each change I make I'm forced to wait for Aeons before the table even displays again. The inline logging feature is essentially worthless, because frequently the table will refresh while I'm typing, which entirely wipes whatever comment I may have been writing. This forces me to use the modal logging dialog, which inexplicably takes about 3 seconds to become useable after opening it. JIRA used to have a timesheet widget which was almost the same as this one, but much more performant. What the haich-ee-double-hockey-sticks happened to that one? The only reason I use this is because I don't know of an alternative. 1/4, would not recommend to a friend or as a dentist to one of my patients.

    Hi Nigel,

    Strange, table should not refresh when adding log work, and especially while just typing. Also performance may depend on your JIRA Cloud. Could you please record video of your case, and send by email or issue tracker.

    Hi Andriy, I have been using this gadget for "Time Tracking" report as my project's requirement is to view the Spent, estimated, remaining and the variance by a specific group. It was working well till last four days but unfortunately it started getting converted to either Timesheet or Pie Chart reporting automatically after sometime or once we logged off and login back. And I am loosing all the updates/ edits done to the gadget. This is happening in both IE and as wells as Chrome browser. It is effecting the project and the client requirement too.Kindly look into the issue ASAP and let me know how to fix that.

    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately it's not possible to configure the order of columns, and I would not like to change it for everyone, because currently the order is the same as in JIRA itself, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/logging-work-on-issues-764478447.html and https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/time-tracking-report-720416014.html for example.

    UPD: You may watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-62176 for progress regarding IE problem.

    UPD: Please create issue here: https://bitbucket.org/azhdanov/timereports/issues/new, however I can't reproduce the problem at the moment.

    Good reports at a decent price. One thing we would like to be able to do is export the data to a spreadsheet. Am I missing something or can you add that?

    Thank you for your feedback, sorry, export is possible for Reports that involve worklog only, thus "Time Tracking" and "Pivot by Status (Time Elapsed)" do not support export.

    How does cloud add-on pricing work?

    Cloud pricing is subscription based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically adjusted (as necessary) based on the number of users in your instance.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, add-ons are also billed annually. Annual subscriptions for this add-on include a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing tier?

    The cloud add-on tier is set automatically based on the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you have JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, your add-on tier is 50 users.

    Note: While this add-on has features specific to JIRA Service Desk, the add-on is technically available across the whole JIRA instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

    For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud add-ons, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.
