Threaded Comments

Não consegui utilizar e não tentei por muito tempo. Não é mais necessário para minha equipe.

Would be a great app and much needed functionality (even though if we are being honest it should be available by default on Jira). However in its current state a bunch of things keep it from being effective to use for us as a team. 1. Code comments are not rendered correctly, it only displays them as '' 2. Search not working properly or intuitively. Searching for a term present in the comments does not yield a result 3. Comments can onl be replied to once at the same level. i.e. the only way to add a further comment is to edit the original comment or to reply to your own comment. 4. The threaded comments do not posess a link to share them, therefore you have to revert back to standard comments to get a link to share a comment.

There doesn't seem to be any way to use this for internal notes. You can only reply to customer, making this app unusable for us.
