I opened a ticket for support on this with Atlassian support. Ticket # is CA-1036124. I did this because the search isn't there for attachments. I go to search and type "attachmentContent" and nothing comes up. This feature was added by our help desk for the trial version. I can't recommend to my boss to buy this if I can't use the product as it's advertised. Any suggestions?

Please also make sure your JIRA administrator fallowed the proper installation procedure. The plugin requires attachment indexation before it can be used. Your issues sounds like indexing wasn't properly finished.

This looks like exactly what we need, but we're on JIRA Cloud, any word on compatibility with Cloud?
