(I had to resubmit my first review as the breadcrumbs were being hidden by a Space's expanded Sidebar, however a page refresh later, and I'm not having this problem. It could potentially be a bug to look into). Having the sub-menu ability though from a breadcrumb can prove to be useful as a second form of navigation as a user can at least see the other options within their current hierarchy if they can't see it or don't want to find the next page in their Sidebar. It's a pretty straightforward and FREE plugin that requires no configuration to start using it, so that's a bonus all around. As a note regarding path-based breadcrumb alternatives, I believe this plugin is following the correct navigation model as the UX specialists over at Nielsen-Norman Group recommend against path-based breadcrumbs in their definitive article: https://www.nngroup.com/articles/breadcrumb-navigation-useful/

Nice plugin, but the point of a breadcrumb bar is to show you the path you have taken through the pages so you can go back easily. This plugin doesn't show you breadcrumbs, it's just a new navigation menu. It does improve the navigation experience, but it is not a breadcrumb bar.

Russ, a "breadcrumb bar" is a standard component in UIs. A breadcrumb in a hierarchical web site (but also in many standalone tools, such as IDEs) show you the path of the current view from the root. This is what is supposed to do and this is how it's usually the most convenient.

The point is to help you to figure out where you are in the hierarchy, and move up more easily. If you want to go back in your navigation, you don't need a breadcrumb, you just use your browser history.

Very useful! But there seems to be no way to get the Configuration page on spaces that use theme plugins like Brikit Zen Foundation and Brikit Theme Press. I finally figured out that I could access it at <my_server>/spaces/configure-bnb.action?key=<my_space_key>.

It would be fine to have it for version 5.4.x too!
