This plugin worked fine for our earlier versions, but malfunctions for 5.1.5

We have used this add-on and it has helped our use of Confluence tremendously! Confluence is not nearly as intuitive to use as JIRA, so add-ons that help make things more concise are much appreciated. We appreciate the fact that this is free. Keep up the good work Service Rocket!

The plugin's really cool. What makes me wonder is why a plugin that's not compatible with the latest Confluence version is bundled with it ? The issues that we've spotted so far are: 1) {toc} based TOC is not generated correctly if the page contains complex wiki markup (e.g. reporting plugin macros or page includes) 2) {toc} based TOC is generated without anchor links 3) The above cases work fine if u use {toc-zone} instead of a {toc} so there is a workaround.
