    We are using TimeTracker since 10 month. It is very usefull for the daily record of the work log. When tracking while working on the issues, the effort is realy small, because it supports your issue choice with the current working issues as a suggestion. ;) The reports give us an great overview for the work of our teams. The support is very fast - all questions where answered asap!

    We are using the Timetracker since 7 month. It is very usefull for the daily record of the work log. Also our financial controller love the reports, that can be export to excel an helps him to create overviews for the work of our teams. By any questions and any suggestion the developer-team answered very quickly and friendly and solved the problems as fast as it was possible.

    Very nice and easy to use Plugin. You can also export all reporting data. And the best thing: its totaly free!

    Straight forward to install and use; it is perfect for our needs. We had an issue with the initial setup, the developer was quick to respond and provide useful hints that helped us resolve the problem.

    Nice and easy, however just a little too limited. An addition to be able to report grouping by project / category / feature and user would make the toolset very useful.

    IMPORTANT:

    Using the most recent versions of Timetracker (2.7.0, 2.7.1, 3.3.0, 3.3.1) some of our users have experienced crashes during Timetracker page load and errors on the Reporting page. This version will fix these issues.

    Installation

    1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Timetracker - Time Tracking & Reporting via search. Results include add-on versions compatible with your JIRA instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
