    Hi, i have the version 7 for jira, but ServiceRocket Zendesk Connector Plugin not works on that, any help? when release a new version for the plugin!, for my team is urgent

    That's a feature request, not a review, we appreciate the 3 stars but this should really go on our support forums :)

    Anyway, thanks for asking, we are planning to support JIRA 7.0 we should have an update or a plan within the next 4/5 weeks on our plan for JIRA 7.0

    Review update: Thanks Maxime and Matthew for your help in order to fix the issue below! Now everything is ok. 5 Starts for the add-on and also for the quick support and fix! ========================================== After the update the issue is not being created on Jira 6.4. Checking the logs we are seeing the following error: { "ObjectType" : "ticket", "Conditions" : { "field" : "ID", "operator" : "=", "values" : [ "870" ] }, "OrderBy" : "null" } Transaction Logs ID Time Level Message 446 2015-10-07 16:56:35.0 WARN org.codehaus.jackson.JsonParseException: Numeric value (2189924067) out of range of int at [Source: java.io.StringReader@26d33790; line: 1, column: 1592] Is there any fix for this?

    Hi. Great add-on. One major bug - non english text in comments get synced as gibberish (original subject and description go just fine. just comments are the problem). will you be fixing this ? thanks Omer

    Zendesk notified us that there will be a completely new version available by the end of Jan, beginnen of Feb this year. Any news on the new plugin? Will it be an update to this extension or a totally new integration?

    something is wrong: in my jira: since 15 January: api v1 basic auth access is disabled Zendesk To Jira Issues When i try to connect with zendesk connector this message appear: Failed to establish connection to remote system The request has been rejected by the remote system, please check your Application Link configurations for both the RPC URL as well as authentication details. the username, and pass for mcets login is correct, the ticket sharing is correct.. please same help?

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate ServiceRocket Zendesk Connector Plugin via search. Results include add-on versions compatible with your JIRA instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
