We are a non-profit organization that conducts research, supports collaboration among health care providers and organizations. We use both Salesforce and JIRA products as our main Customer management and Collaboration tools. The ServiceRocket connector allows us to easily integrate JIRA and Salesforce and improve customer care and collaboration.

While easy to use and configure it bears a great limitation as stated by an official rep "It's clear that the connector is only supported a standard field validation so you have to avoid to use validation in Create action in JIRA workflow. i was reading the reviews to try to decide if I should buy the connector. I do need it, but my only concern is the safety issue. It is not supported by Atlassian. I do not know if it safe for my whole jira database. Hope the vendor or current users can give me more information about it. thanks

Serves our org purpose very well, seamless integration between Salesforce and Jira. Good choice if you are looking for Salesforce Jira bidirectional synchronization. And very friendly, prompt customer support.

We're very excited to be using the CustomWare Salesforce.com Connector at our organization. It's such an important link to our daily operations as users, devs, admins, and IT. We've attempted keeping both our Salesforce Cases and our Jira instance Issues in sync, but it's pretty much impossible without this awesome connector.
