We're very excited to be using the CustomWare Salesforce.com Connector at our organization. It's such an important link to our daily operations as users, devs, admins, and IT. We've attempted keeping both our Salesforce Cases and our Jira instance Issues in sync, but it's pretty much impossible without this awesome connector.

I'm trying to get this installed into Jira OnDemand and can't find the Customware Application link because I think I accidentally removed it when I tried installing other plugins. I am not pleased with the customer support. It is slow and does not provide valuable help. I would like to get this setup today if possible.

Vendor response

Hi Chase, Sorry for the delayed response. I believe one of our support engineer has jumped in a screen share session with you immediately once they are available, and the problem should be resolved now. Do let us know if you have any other problem and we are here to help out. Thank you.

We've recently migrated to Jira from Redmine and needed a solution for our CS tickets from Salesforce. Service Rocket's salesforce connector was the perfect solution. We now have a seamless integration between these two tools. The connector was easy to install, easy to configure, worked out of the box. Very active support forum - we encountered one small configuration problem, which was resolved in a snap. This connector has provided a much better and fully featured solution than we had built in house for Redmine previously. Highly recommended.

We used to love this until it stopped working. When using it we now get the error message: "QUERY_TOO_COMPLICATED: Query is either selecting too many fields or the filter conditions are too complicated". Their response: In the latest connector we was included the control to not query everything in the Salesforce Object but it not available in yet in OnDemand and I'm not sure when they will release. Hope the new Connector 5.2.2+ will fix the problem. Don't buy this until they fix this issue

CustomWare Connector for Salesforce and Jira helps us integrate our Customer Support environment with Salesforce helping our staff to have an overview of the support cases consolidated between those two support systems (Jira and Salesforce), virtually managing both systems with only one click. CustomWare has a good development cycle for this plugin permanently releasing new feature and having a strong focus on bug fixes. Customware's Connector for Salesforce and Jira is a must have plugin for organizations that need to consolidate cases between Jira and Salesforce.
